Mr. DeBarr received his B.A. Degree in Business management at Walsh University. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones where he served on the Board of Directors, and is a member of the Phi Beta Delta Society of International Scholars.
He is a Fourth Degree Sir Knight of the Knights of Columbus N.Canton Council #3777, a member of St. Pauls Church in North Canton and resides with his wife Diane and his daughter in Plain Township Stark County. He has a son residing in Jackson Township with his wife and three daughters
